As I mentioned in our previous post, this blog and the others are so special that they get an entire notebook devoted just to them! I have a thing for notebooks and all things stationery, and I will always find a use for a pretty notebook, however insignificant it may seem.
So without further ado, ladies and gents I give you my Blog Planner Notebook:
Isn’t it pretty? The minute I saw it in the store, I knew I had to have it, and since our daughter was with us, she got one too in her favorite purple shade.
I made some slight modifications to it, added a few cover pages that separate different sections, and now it’s prepped and ready to serve its new purpose as a blog planner.
The sections I included:
This section includes in depth information about the blog: date registered, domain registrar informarion, hosting information, log-ins for respective sites, users, emails, and FTP information, themes, plugins and all the information associated with them (like WordPress account information, Jetpack connection…)
This one actually allows me to go a bit more in depth regarding each topic. Since I didn’t want to clutter my home binder with pages galore, this notebook came in quite handy. I can write down the title, a brief summary/focus of the post and even draw a mind map as I’m brainstorming ideas.
The marketing section includes all my social media accounts connected to the blog and specific promotions running on each of them, as well as noting any affiliate/sponsor links running on the blog. I also included the information specific to Google Analytics, such as log in information, Google Webmaster Tool affiliations and the like.
Next up, is the section covering any link parties I am participating in or hosting and all the details regarding.
Blogs I Follow
This one is probably my favorite section. It lists all the other blogs I am following, favorite posts from them, and links to their social accounts so that I can connect with them there as well.
Last but not least is the section devoted to contributions, either mine on other blogs or from other bloggers on my blog.
And finally, the back cover of my blog planner notebook:
There you have it, my blog planner notebook. I can’t get over how pretty the covers are! I might just go back to the store and grab a couple more while they are at the reduced price. How do you organize your blog planner? Is it a part of your home binder or do you have a separate binder for your blog? I’d love to hear it in the comments!
Till next time, much love
